Organic waste gas regenerative catalytic combustion device (RCO)
The organic waste gas first passes through the preheating chamber and then enters the oxidation chamber, where it is heated to around 300-400 ℃, causing the VOCs in the waste gas to undergo low-temperature oxidation and decomposition into CO2 and H2O under the action of a catalyst; The high-temperature gas after oxidation is then subjected to heat treatment in another heat storage chamber, and then the flue gas is discharged from the RCO system. This process continuously cycles and regenerates, with each regenerator alternating between the modes of inputting exhaust gas and discharging treated gas. The switching time can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
1. Low working temperature and high safety performance: due to the decomposition of waste gas under the action of catalyst, the decomposition temperature is between 300-400 degrees Celsius; RTO is a direct combustion decomposition process with a decomposition temperature of over 800 degrees Celsius
